A couple of days ago I decided to ignore my battle against my sugar cravings and enjoy the last couple of days in Sweden. I always miss the cakes and sweets when I’m in UK, so I really want to enjoy them while I can. Also, I realised that my fav dress is a bit too much for my graduation ceremony, so no point in aiming for that dress (although it could come in handy for the Ball… never mind!). So yesterday I took out half a litre of blueberries from the freezer and decided to make a blueberry crumble. It was d e l i c o u s ! There is nothing left today but a few pictures and a great recipe, which I’m going to share with you today! I wanted a lot of crumble so I changed the dimensions of my recipe and this is what it turned out like:

Ingredients for the crumble:
2 dl oat grains
2 dl flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
125 g of butter
Ingredients for the berries:
6 dl blueberries (although any other berry or fruit would do as well)
½ dl of sugar
1 tablespoon of potato starch (only needed with berries with lots of liquid in them, like blueberries. Otherwise you will get lots of water at the bottom and it will get mushy)
How to:
Turn on the over to 225°C. Mix oat, flour and sugar together in a bowl. Add the butter and mix it around until you get it ‘crumble-ish’, you might want to use a fork or even your hands. Put the berries in the bottom of a pie form, sprinkle the potato starch and the sugar over. Finally spread the crumble evenly on top of the berries. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve with custard!
Enjoy!
